With over 25 years of experience in the accountancy profession, David founded the company in 2000 and has since been dedicated to delivering expert financial guidance to a diverse range of clients. Before starting the business, he gained extensive experience managing the financial operations of mediumsized businesses, giving him a deep understanding of both strategic and practical accounting needs.

As Managing Director, David oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service, maintains high professional standards, and continues to grow in line with client needs. His leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise, fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and personalised client care.

Outside of work, David is a committed Community First Responder. He is also a keen caravanner, enjoys spending time in his garden, and loves exploring the outdoors through walking.

Kieran Netton has been with the firm for over 10 years. He works closely with clients on their day-to-day bookkeeping, as well as preparing and submitting Self-Assessment tax returns. Kieran is known for his practical approach and ensuring clients’ records are kept accurate and up to date.

From the 2025–26 tax year onwards, Kieran will also be taking on and handling all Making Tax Digital (MTD) operations, helping clients navigate the requirements smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys going to the gym, gaming, and spending time walking his dog.

Cody Netton joined the firm over 6 years ago as an apprentice and has since developed into a key member of the team. He primarily focuses on Corporation Tax and management accounts, bringing a strong analytical approach and a keen eye for detail to his work. Cody enjoys tackling complex challenges and delivering accurate, insightful results for clients.

Outside of work, Cody researches financial markets, enjoys playing cards, and develops resources and strategies to succeed in the online gaming world.

Began her career in accountancy in 2009 and brings 17 years of experience within practice. Prior to this, she spent over 31 years working as an Inspector of Taxes with HMRC, giving her an exceptional depth of technical knowledge and insight into the UK tax system.

Within the practice, Julie provides invaluable technical support to the team, assisting with complex queries and ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. She also fulfils the role of Finance Manager, overseeing the firm’s financial administration, including the preparation and processing of all client invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice’s internal finances.

Outside of work, Julie is also a Community First Responder. She enjoys relaxing with a glass of wine, gardening, and spending time outdoors walking the dog.

Jane has been a valued member of the team for over 12 years and plays a key role within the firm as both Payroll Manager and Office Manager. She oversees the full payroll function, ensuring everything runs accurately and efficiently, while also managing the staff day to day workload.

Outside of work, Jane is kept busy by her two daughters and her dog. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, often out walking and keeping fit.

Linus has been a valued member of the Key Accounting team for 3 years. He works closely with a range of daily bookkeeping clients, ensuring their records remain accurate, organised, and up to date. Alongside managing VAT returns, he also provides essential admin and software support, helping clients navigate their systems with confidence.

Outside of work, Linus is a keen motorsport enthusiast with a particular passion for Formula 1. He also enjoys working on cars and spends much of his spare time building or upgrading computers.
