Having the right accountant is one of the most important parts of running a business. Doing the work is often the easy part – keeping on top of the finances is what really makes the difference. Before moving to Key Accounting, we had an accountant who didn’t keep our accounts up to date or provide the guidance we needed. Over several years, we fell behind with our accounts, and before we knew it, all three of our businesses were in a real mess. We tried a number of other accountants in Salisbury, but nothing seemed to improve, and we genuinely felt like we were close to losing everything. They also helped us with an issue involving a staff member when we needed HR advice, which was invaluable. Whenever we have a question, they actually answer the phone, and because they’re a small team, you always speak to the same people.
